VISH offers an educational offer of the annual Master of Culinary Arts for students wishing to mature and develop high level skills and standards.
Operating in a quality international culinary environment means interpenetrating the most ancient Italian traditions in order to arrive at the most modern culinary interpretations and become a renowned Master of Cuisine.
The program is annual and has as its educational objective the celebration of the excellence of Italian cuisine through the centuries-old evolution, the knowledge of the products, the ability to interpret the recipes, the awareness of the historical background of the dishes and the ability to approach balanced ingredients, thus creating new specialties.
The program is properly designed for the training of specialized professional chefs and qualified hotel staff eager to improve their skills in the culinary arts.

In order to give the candidates of the school greater opportunities for success, their eligibility for admission to the program will be assessed and considered based on a set of factors, including the course of study carried out and credentials. Each individual VISH program requires students to meet certain educational, linguistic and status requirements that candidates must meet in order to be admitted.
Specific requirements may vary from program to program. These parameters were designed so that the School can guarantee the entry of deserving and suitable students to the academic policy of seriousness and conscience.
We make sure that each student can excel in his / her teaching path and that in mutual teaching, higher and higher quality standards in teaching and training can be achieved.
In order to enroll in the Master in Culinary Arts you must have successfully completed the three-year secondary post-diploma program (Diplomas, Short Degrees, Bachelors, etc ...); in the event that the student does not meet these requirements, it will be possible to meet you by presenting the certification of a significant and certified work experience.
The entire program is taught in English. Therefore, a fundamental requirement for members will be good
understanding and exposure of the language. It is valid:
Having accumulated at least 2 years of experience in significant working contexts in which the official language was English.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) - for the written test with a minimum score of 550, while for the computerized test with a minimum score of 213 points.
For the New Internet Based TOEFL a minimum score of 80 points will be required
Cambridge Advanced certificate with level C
IELTS (International English Language Testing System), must have a minimum cumulative score of 6.0

Copy of school certificates and post-secondary academic certificate (Degree, Bachelor etc ...)
English language certificates (necessary unless the student has studied or worked in contexts where the language used has been English for a minimum of 2 years)
2 letters of recommendation (school or business)
A copy of the passport (international students) or identity card (Schengen / National)
Having had at least 6 months of significant work experience in the Hotel Industry, it will be evaluated by VISH as a basic credential.
